The engineering computer labs are located in Haggerty Hall, rooms 482 and 483. They are available to engineering students 24 hours a day during semesters. In total, 71 computers are generally available to students in those two labs. There are also two additional teaching labs located in Haggerty Hall, rooms 388 and 499-A. They are used by the computer engineering and general engineering courses. Both of the teaching computer labs are arranged traditional classroom style and each have ceiling-mounted data projectors.
Semester Hours of Operation
The labs are staffed with lab monitors weekdays 8am – 9pm and weekends 10am – 5pm. Lab monitors assist with printing problems and basic computer troubleshooting.

Marquette PrintWise printing is available to the campus community. Black laser printing/copying is available in Engineering 482, 483, 499-A, and the Pit Lounge. A color laser printer/copier is available in room 482. The PrintWise printers support printing, scanning and copying on page sizes up to 11×17″ in size. You may print from a personal computer by installing the PrintWise drivers
If your PrintWise output is significantly smudged, faded, streaked, spotty or creased, you can request a refund. Submit a refund request online and submit the bad prints with your name and MUID on the front page to MarquetteCard Services either directly or through campus mail (available through lab, library, or residence hall staff). Refunds will not be processed if the bad printouts are not submitted. Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 days. If your refund is approved, MarquetteCard Services will credit your PrintWise or MarquetteCASH account. If your refund is denied, a representative from MarquetteCard Services will contact you and explain why.
User errors, such as typos or printing the wrong document, will not be refunded. To prevent printing a blank sheet as the final page, be sure to preview your document before printing. Then, ask for a page range that excludes a blank final page.
If there is a printer jam while your job is printing, do not turn the printer off. The printer will re-print your job once the jam has been cleared. PrintWise will not charge you for the lost page or pages.
Lost & Found
Personal items left in the computer labs are placed in the lost & found bin in Haggerty 498 for two weeks. Lab staff immediately contact owners of MU ID cards and USB thumb drives provided a name can be found within a file.
